As a new Momma-to-Be, I'd love to meet other Mommas / Mommas-to-Be in the area. Every Momma needs a little "me time." What better way to relax than with a book?! I'd love to invite all of you into a monthly book club, where we can discuss recent reads, vote on upcoming reads, chat about all the great (and sometimes not so great...) things about being a momma, and just get in a little R&R before heading back into our hectic lives of motherhood. We like to read obviously. I started this group because there was a book club group that seems to have fizzled out a bit but there were people who were still interested. I've never been in a book club before but I figure a bunch of strangers could be in the same room and talk about a book without any problems, am I right? I like the idea of meeting in a public place so folks can get something to eat or have a few drinks. Anyone is welcome to join provided they like to read. If nothing else it's …

The purpose of this group is to give those who love to read, but who may have a different schedule than the regular 9 to 5, a book club of their own. I (the organizer) have an unusual schedule and cannot be part of a book club that meets in the evenings, though I love to read and am very passionate about books. So I decided to start a book club of my own. We will meet once a month during a week day. Once I get enough interested people, perhaps we can decide on the day that would work best for ev …
