We will establish a new meetup for discussion of classic and contemporary Francophone literature if there is enough interest. In order to give members plenty of time to read each book, we are currently thinking of meeting every six weeks to two months. Because Saturdays at 11 at Freedom of Expresso seems to work for most people, we will keep that time (on a Saturday that the group would not otherwise be meeting).

That’s why most people who want to understand their dreams can benefit from talking with a dream interpretation professional who has the bac …

I just returned from a five day Kadampa Meditation retreat in Glen Spey, NY. I was blown away by the profound, clear, and prolific writings of Gen Kelsang Gyato, a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and contemporary of Dalai Lama, who took his teachings from Atisha, who simplified the 84,000 teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni. I would love to start a study group starting with his book called "Modern Buddhism." It would be fun to have an optional vegan potluck meal weekly before the discussion, and then we wou …
