For those of us who love to read the Young Adult genre and want to spend it with others and rant and rave or maybe even complain about the books we are reading or want to read. Age 20+. We are a group looking for the older lovers of this genre. As exciting as it sounds to sit around with a bunch of high school students or younger to talk about these books...I'm kidding. These books are a guilty pleasure for us for whatever reason. Whether we are getting lost in Jennifer Armentrout's cover models …

We are a smaller book club that meets monthly. We read fiction and non-fiction and have vegetarian-friendly dinners at meetings. Our members come from all walks of life. The things we have in common are that we like to read, have thoughtful discussions, and eat! It's OK to come to the meetings even if you didn't like the book or couldn't finish the book. Also, you don't have to be vegetarian to join, and this group is NOT designed as a forum for reading/discussing books about vegetarianism.

I teach M-Th and have many family obligations evenings and weekends. I would love to meet up with folks for a morning book club. We'll meet one Friday morning a month at an East Cobb restaurant for brunch and a book chat. Titles a bit more sophisticated than Harlequin Romances (not that there's anything wrong with that!) but not so complex and "heady" that your brain has to hurt while reading it. Members will be encouraged to take turns selecting books and restaurants.

To those who want to feel sorry, bitter, angry, and everything else bad for themselves. This is the place to come to. I had the idea when I called it Chris Evert's bitches but it came too strong. I read the actress, Teri Garr's book called Speedbumps. In it, she mentions about having MS and that she tries to stay positive but she does allow to have a pity party of herself concerning her disease or outside stuff like the Beatles breaking up. She started to have it at about an hour now its to 20 m …

As originally discussed in Napoleon Hill's 1937 book "Think and Grow Rich", a Mastermind Group is "a small "group" of like-minded advanced talents who meet periodically for mutual brainstorming/accountability sessions." Under the leadership of a skillful moderator, it is perhaps the single most effective thing that anyone can do to propel their career and business forward. Atlanta Masterminds is a moderated peer-to-peer group for entrepreneurs and executives of B2C companies looking to dramatic …

I started this meetup group to combine two things.. Dancing and as a social group for freethinkers.. This meetup piggybacks on a dance meetup, so most people there will be dancers. "Freethinker" is an umbrella term for atheists, agnostics, as well as the occasional Buddhist or deist, classical freethinker (like the American Founders), and many Unitarians. It is the fundies who should be singled out (not freethinkers), so I would rater have a freethinker meetup, rather than an atheist meetup.. B …

Do you want to integrate your spirituality and your work? My goal for this NEW group is to provide a forum for people to discuss how to advance their spiritual practice as they succeed professionally -- whether at a company or at their own business. Many people today find that when they are on a spiritual path, it is difficult for them to talk about or practice their spirituality in the workplace. This can change! It is possible to create harmony between who you are (spiritual practice) and …

This will be a weekly meetup group for iOS Developers of various levels to come together and study iOS Development. Some options for a curriculum are Stanford's CS193P iTunesU course, an iOS Programming book such as The Big Nerd Ranch Guide, or picking an arbitrary topic to discuss weekly. Note, I'm currently looking for a sponsor for the venue. If anyone has any suggestions or can help with this please email me at jawwad44@gmail.com
